This workshop has two overviews, of the legislation and then the steps to take in a restructure. There are then three parts to cover writing a proposal, the consultation process and working through the end of the restructure. There are some videos to watch and quizzes to take. You can then opt for to either complete an assignment to test your skills with personal feedback, or a virtual coaching session with one of our team.
