This module focuses on innovative tools and techniques to use to engage your managers through different communication channels.
As an OD professional, you need to understand the team dynamics at play in your organisation and how to help managers develop high performing teams.
There are two levels for this module:
Team Dynamic fundamentals – understanding the different stages of a team, team personalities and how to take teams to the next stage and resolve issues
Team Dynamics & Belbin – understanding the different Belbin roles that make up a team, and going through your own Belbin report to see what part you play in a team.
In this module you'll uncover how to measure and manage culture and how an OD professional can help build a brilliant culture!
If you already have experience and training in culture, then you can substitute this module for Developing an Employee Experience (EX) Strategy.
You can now move onto your optional modules.
