  1. Team Dynamic fundamentals – understanding the different stages of a team, team personalities and how to take teams to the next stage and resolve issues

  2. Team Dynamics & Belbin – understanding the different Belbin roles that make up a team, and going through your own Belbin report to see what part you play in a team.
