The HR Business Partner Master Class 1 covers understanding the different HRBP Models, roles and responsibilities, building your business acumen and developing strategic leadership skills including decision making and problem solving.

Section 1 has some videos to watch and handouts to download.

Section 2 is attending the virtual workshop, having a coaching session or completing an assignment to test your skills.

In Part 2 of the module, you can choose to complete an assignment to test out your skills! Our team will then mark this and give you personal feedback and coaching on what you've answered well, and anything else to consider.

This takes around 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete, and then one of the Elephant team will mark your assignment and provide you with personal feedback about what you've done well, and where there are things that you might have missed in your answer.
