Many learning programmes link back to skills employees or managers need to learn for career development, or for their existing roles. And this links to the competencies required. This module covers how competencies can be developed and used and is a core skill for any learning and development professional to know.
Measuring what effect your learning has had is essential to make sure it's been effective! This module covers the different levels of learning measurement and different ways you can check learning has occured.
Your final assessment will ask you to review the skills and knowledge you've gained through the Certificate, and also to follow up some of the actions from your assignments. It is personalised to you.
