This module covers how to structure and write your HR policies to make them clear and understandable.
Early in your HR career, you may well be involved in helping with HR Reporting.
This module covers understanding the different stages of HR Reporting and Analytics.
This module covers how to think about your own skills and career, and tips and techniques for establishing credibility and giving HR advice to managers
Your final assessment will ask you to review the skills and knowledge you've gained through the Certificate, and also to follow up some of the actions from your assignments. It is personalised to you, so we email it to you, once you've passed all your modules.
